Cancel a ToolBuddy service or plan.

This policy applies to digital services and plans made available through ToolBuddy. Features marked as coming soon or planned are not active subscriptions and cannot be cancelled before activation.

If ToolBuddy offers a recurring plan, you may request cancellation at any time by using the cancellation option made available in your account or by contacting ideshpande047@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account.

A cancellation request should be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. If the request is received later, the next charge may already be in processing and may be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.

For a one-time file-processing task, you may request cancellation before processing begins. Once processing has started or the requested output has been generated, the task may not be cancellable because the digital service has been performed.

Send a cancellation request as soon as possible to ideshpande047@gmail.com and include the account email, task details, and transaction information. We will confirm whether the task can still be stopped.

For recurring services, the cancellation period is before the next billing date, with a recommended minimum notice of 24 hours. For one-time tasks, the cancellation period ends when processing begins.

These periods do not reduce any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights available under applicable law.

After cancellation is confirmed, the relevant recurring plan should not renew for the next billing cycle. Any access included in the already paid period may remain available until that period ends, subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation does not erase account information, transaction records, support communications, or files that must be retained for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons. Information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and refund are separate requests. A cancellation prevents future billing; it does not automatically create a refund for an amount already charged.

If you believe a refund is due after cancellation, submit a separate request under the Return & Refund Policy within the stated request period. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider rules.

ToolBuddy may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address a breach of the Terms & Conditions, fraud, misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or a technical or business decision to discontinue a feature.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and explain any available next steps. Any refund consideration will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Email ideshpande047@gmail.com with the subject "Cancellation Request" and include your registered email address, the service or plan name, the date of purchase, and the reason for cancellation if you wish to provide one.

We will acknowledge the request and confirm whether the cancellation has been completed. Keep the confirmation for your records.

We may update this Cancellation Policy when our services, billing arrangements, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
